【问题1】:首先Tommy, 我们知道在外汇行业中,有很多的技术供应商。那请问你们是如何将自己区别于其他的技术商的呢?Ok Tommy,we know that in the Forex industry, there are a lot of tech providers, how do you distinguish yourself with others? 

【Tommy】:好的,我可以从以下几点来简单说一下。Well, I would say, there are a few points I would like to mention here.

首先,我们在全球拥有自己专属的基础设施网,并在Equinix的LD4, NY4以及TY3打造了我们专属的数据中心。之所以选择这几个数据中心作为据点,是因为绝大多数的金融机构的基础设施也都坐落在这些数据中心。First of all, we’ve gotten our own dedicated infrastructure, which is located around the globe. Of course, we had our Data Centers in Equinix LD4, NY4 and TY3. The reason why we had our data centers in these areas is because we know that most of the financial institutions are located in these locations. 

除此之外,在全球范围内,我们与超过200多家的一级银行以及LP进行了光纤直连,这也是我们能建立超低延迟及高稳定性的连接方案。On top of that, globally, we have over 200 cross connections between tier 1 banks and LPs. Which is why we can establish very stable and very fast connections.

更进一步说,我们在每个数据中心之间还建立了专属的跨洲专线连接,这也为我们提供高速和稳定的服务奠定了基础。其实我们的服务方案是非常灵活和高度冗余的。那更特殊的方面,就是我们的核心技术都是自主研发的,这样我们能为客户提供非常灵活的服务体系,客户也能从我们的参考建议中真正受益。那最重要的一点,就是我们是一家纯粹的技术供应商,一贯保持中立和透明的立场,这也是我们客户乐于和我们合作的原因,实际上大家和我们合作都能非常地放心,所以大家也都很积极主动地为我们做宣传。谢谢。In addition, we have also established leased lines between our data centers, and our infrastructure is also highly flexible and redundant. Further to that, because our core technology is built in house, that’s why we can provide very flexible service to our clients, they are able to benefit from our suggestions. Finally, what I would say is that, we are pure technology provider, we are staying neutral and transparent, that’s why our clients has been here, and enjoyed our services, actually they are very comfortable with us, and therefore they are able to spread good words about us. 【问题2】: 谢谢Tommy。 我们注意到谱瑞利有许多大型的客户,包括国际上的银行、Prime Broker等。请问您们的技术解决方式是否只适用于大型的金融机构?对于中小型或者刚起步的金融机构是否合适? Thank you Tommy. I have noticed that in PrimeXM, we have many big customers, they are like international banks, Prime Brokers. So for your technology service, are they just suitable for the big entities or are they also suitable for the smaller ones or the startup ones?

【Tommy】:我们的技术解决方案当然可以适用于小型的机构,或是刚起步的。我们成熟的全球基础设施(可以支持各类型各阶段的客户)。并且我们基本上都是自己的解决方案,不需依赖第三方,所以可以高度灵活地根据客户的实际情况来配置方案,适时增减,这样其实可以有效的协助客户控制成本。此外,在我们为客户做方案之前,我们都会仔细地收集客户需求,非常细致深入地了解他们想要的是什么,需求如何,然后仔细分析和评估,再做出方案与客户探讨修改。所以最最重要的是我们会先了解再定制方案。谢谢。Our technology can definitely support small entities even startups and young business. Although we have put quite a lot resources to build our infrastructure…and because we don’t really use third parties’ technologies, that’s why we are able to be flexible and scale down or scale up our client’s solutions. This helps to manage our client’s costs. Further to that, we are also listing to our clients, before we proposals, you know, for our client’s specific setups, we always ask what do they want, what their requirements are, before we put up the proposal. The most important thing is, we need to understand their needs. Thank you.


【问题3】: 以上,谢谢。那我们知道谱瑞利进入中国2年了,您对现状感觉如何?对于将来有什么计划呢? Thank you. Now we know that PrimeXM has been to China for 2 years, you have achieved very important achievements, how do you think of that? Do you have any future plans?

【Tommy】:好的,其实在谱瑞利进入中国之前,我们在欧洲、澳洲以及中东都有非常大的市场占有率和客户基础。当我们最初进入中国的时候,的确面临了一些挑战。不过我们迅速做了应对方案,及时调整,然后很快地适应了中国市场。我相信现在,我们在中国市场已经取得了不错的成果,不过当然,我们不会安于现状或停滞不前,我们来到这里,就是希望能为这个市场引进新的信息和知识,根绝哦我们所学的和看到的国外先进信息。当然,更要向中国同行学习。我们在这里建立了团队,大家都很热爱这份工作,并十分期待服务我们的客户。我希望我们能在未来的日子里与客户一同成长。Before PrimeXM come to China, we have had a very successful journey in Europe, Australia and even middle east. Back then, when first came to the Chinese market, we had some challenging moments, of course we have adapted very quickly, therefore I believe at the moment we have had very successful time in China.  But of course, this is not to say we will stop here, we will continue to move forward, we are here to help our clients, and the market with the knowledge and skills we already have, and also learn from the Chinese market. And our team here, you know, they love their job, they are willing to help all of our clients, I hope what we can do in the future, is to grow with our clients. Thank you.
